5. Does Cape Resources  plc pay a dividend and what is the Company’s plan in this respect?

The Company is in the process of re-establishing its strategy and it is therefore likely that earnings in the short term will be retained by the Company for development of the business. Once the Company has achieved its development objectives, the Company will seek to implement a progressive dividend policy.

6. I’ve lost my share certificate. How do I get a new one?
 
If you lose your share certificate or it is stolen you should contact Neville Registrars immediately on + 44 (0) 121 585 1131. You will be required to complete and sign a letter of indemnity confirming that if the lost certificate is subsequently found it will be returned to the Registrars for cancellation. There may be an administration fee for this service.

7. When will Cape Resources  report financial results?

Cape Resources ’ financial year runs from 1 July to 30 June. It expects to report preliminary (full year) results in November and interim (half-year) in March.

8. When will Cape Resources  hold its AGM?

The next Annual General Meeting will be in 2011. The date is to be agreed.

9. How can I obtain a copy of Cape Resources ’ annual report?

Cape Resources  made its debut on AIM in May, 2006. The annual report for the year ending 30 June 2009 is now available to download from the Company’s website.
